Al-Mitras ("We", "Us", or "Our") respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Data: Name, phone number, parent phone number, email address, and academic grade provided during registration.
• Device & Usage Data: Unique Device ID (UUID), OS version, IP address, and platform usage metrics used strictly to secure user accounts and enforce single-device authorization.
• Student Attachments: Photos or images voluntarily submitted by the student for homework evaluation and essay quiz grading.

2. Use of Your Information

• Create and manage your student educational account.
• Deliver video lessons, quizzes, exam grading, and personalized progress tracking.
• Notify you of important course updates and grades.
• Prevent unauthorized account sharing and protect intellectual property.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI Policy (Google Play & Apple App Store Compliant)

Our application leverages secure AI technologies to deliver interactive learning features, including: step-by-step Socratic hints ("Teach Me How to Solve"), semantic essay grading, and cognitive performance diagnostic reports.

• Data Protection: All AI interactions are transmitted strictly over secure, encrypted TLS/HTTPS connections. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as student names, phone numbers, or passwords is transmitted to AI services.
• Zero Model Training on User Data: Student queries and essay inputs are processed strictly in real-time for educational feedback and are NOT used to train public commercial AI models.
• Content Moderation & In-App Reporting: In strict compliance with Google Play Generative AI Policy and Apple Guideline 1.2, users have access to an in-app "Report AI Content" button to report any inaccurate, misleading, or objectionable AI output for human pedagogical review.

4. Account and Data Deletion

In full compliance with Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety requirements, you may delete your account and all associated personal records at any time directly within the app (Profile -> Delete Account) or online at Account Deletion Page.

4. Children's Privacy

Our educational service is designed for secondary school students. We do not collect identifiable personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the educational curriculum and communicate with parents.
